You have just discovered some early signs of pregnancy and you are thinking “Am I pregnant” and you rush to the pharmacist to take a pregnancy test. The last thing you want is an unwanted pregnancy, but you turn out to be pregnant against your wishes. Whether or not you choose to have the child is completely up to you. This statement can be interpreted in a couple different ways. What options do you have if a pregnancy happens unplanned? Again, you have a choice to make. Are you going to give birth to the child and raise him/her like a parent, or do you turn to abortion? In most countries this is totally up to you.

For example, you were raped and you got pregnant, would you carry the child of your rapist. There are a number of unwanted pregnancies such as this each year. This is what makes pregnancy and abortion such touchy topics. It’s not just cut and dry. There’s is a big grey zone. The key is to educate your loved ones regarding unwanted pregnancies and teach them about safe practices. Please remember that abstinence is the safest option around.
